Holds or turns the spur on the tilt clutch shaft and checks clutch torque.

For all stern drives. If the tilt clutch does not slip within the prescribed range, damage to the tilt motor, hammerblow couplings, or ball gear could result. Use this tooland your torque wrench to check the slip torque of the clutch mechanism. Wrench slips quickly over the tilt gear. Instructions packaged with every tool.
